2. Carrier Delivery
Orders are shipped through our partner carrier.
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days depending on destination
- A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.
3. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
You may collect your order free of charge at the following address:

- A valid ID may be required at the time of collection
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within mainland France. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.

Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon in-store pickup.
